2. Selection Process

The selection process typically involves the following stages

• Written Examination

  The SSC GD written exam consists of multiple-choice questions covering:
  • General Intelligence & Reasoning
  • General Knowledge & General Awareness
  • Elementary Mathematics
  • English/Hindi

• Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

  Candidates must meet physical standards and pass physical efficiency tests, which include running, long jump, and high jump.
